Sorry about the late info for this record. 
I've added photographs of both sides of the disk and the labels.
Both sides are completely scratch and scuff free and in bright condition. 
I think definitely Excellent condition for both sides... towards Near Mint.
Remember, I unfortunately don't have the sleeve for this. (By the way if I do happen to find the sleeve and I'm just combing through my large collection of vinyl, then I'll forward it to the successful bidder).
