Description
Mr Fox,The Gipsy,LP, Catalogue Number: (TRA 236), Cover Details: Gatefold sleeve with a Plain inner sleeve.
Cover Condition: excellent condition with only slight usage wear as you would expect from normal play, acceptable to most collectors.
Record Condition: Has been played a fair number of times and has visible surface marks but no feelable scratches so should not have any jumps/skips or anything serious beyond some background sound in quieter parts.
Any Other Details: Rare original first pressing, on the white and purple Transatlantic record label. Matrix numbers ending A-2U & B-2U. The vinyl looks and plays excellently throughout, when listened to on our record player, apart from the first track on side one which has been affected by the sponge, which is inside the plastic sleeve, this has caused pitting/bubbling at the edge of the record, this causes a scraping noise for the first part of the song, just past where the drums start. The first press fold over sleeve still has the plastic portion attached with sellotape, it's rather yellowed and old looking and has come away for about 4cm at the top. The back has some shelf wear
