Description
This LP is from a friend's collection and was purchased in the 60's & 70's. The great condition shows that he was very careful about the handling and storage of his albums.
Album : Muddy Waters - Electric Mud
Catalogue no.: Chess CRLS 4542
Condition : I use the Record Collectors grading system (see below)
Vinyl - VG+ A side : light scratch across most of the side but not audible B side : virtually no marks, a couple of "pops" at the end of track 3, very quiet inbetween tracks Small dot label residue on both sides (see photo)
Inner sleeve - creative doodling no doubt done in period ! (see photo)
Outer cover - VG+ all intact, handwritten name and faint label residue on back cover (see photo)
Matrix/runout - Side A CRLS 4542A-1 *T STEREO
Side B CRLS 4542B-1 *T STEREO
LP will be packed in highest quality brown mailer with an additonal stiffener and despatched Royal Mail 1st Class, signed for.

Record Collector Grading
Mint (M)
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
Excellent (EX)
The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good (VG)
The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable
Good (G)
The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc
