Description
I am the original owner of this record; it is from my personal collection that I began building in the 1950's. I am NOT a dealer or professional record-grader, so I have not assigned grades. However, prior to listing, I have cleaned the record using "Groove Washer G2" record-cleaning fluid, and I have listened to each track. Following is my assessment, based on these visual and listening reviews:
COVER: still glossy; noticeable edge wear with a 5.25" split on the top edge [see photo #7], and a 2" split on bottom edge [barely visible]; some foxing on back [see photo #2]; included inner sleeve is not original.
VINYL: very shiny; a few light scratches/scuffs, but nothing that affects play; sound is clear with minimal surface/background noise; only an occasional pop or crackle; plays through without skips or sticking.
LABEL: shows some light wear marks.
The album will ship in an archival outer vinyl sleeve, and will be boxed in a cardboard album mailer.
