It has a Special Edition outer cloth cover printed with  art work in black, limited to only 500 copies ( This seems to be the only one for sale with the bag)
The cloth bag includes:
Cardboard sleeve & brown vinyl in a semi - circular slip 
Recorded by Conrad Uno on his 8 track recorder during the spring of 1991
