Sleeve Condition: Front Cover VERY GOOD+++-little tear on front opening; Back Cover EX- with pencil writting.

Record: EXcellent++. Extremely dynamic with excellent imagery, occasional surface noise with quiet passage.

May I stress that most countries have their own unique grading system. It appears to me that most Far East buyers are extremely critical and demanding in the condition of the records. As a result, I would strictly base my records on the UK RRPG grading system which is an universal accepted grading system for all records.  I would also provide more details if it is not shown on the system.
