When I got this recording in 1980 I did not know many of the musicians, since I've come to own almost all of the individual recordings
Nice double album compilation that samples the ECM waters from minimalist Steve Reich to big names like Keith Jarrett, Gary Burton and Chick Corea and Pat Metheny to more obscure outfits like Terje Rypdal Group and Steve Kuhn / Shelia Jordan band. Enough good stuff to make it worth hearing with side one and two very impressive.
