Description

Music for a New Society - John Cale (1982) Ze Records - Vinyl LP
The vinyl is in excellent condition with no visible surface marks or scratches. The sleeve shows some signs of its age - most obviously, the spine has a small amount of damage and there is some evidence of 'ringing' - but it is otherwise unmarked. The original Island Records inner sleeve (Ze was part of the Island stable) is in great nick and has protected the vinyl well. Most probably a first pressing - the LP was bought soon after its release and it was not a big seller. One owner only.
This is a great album - the best Cale album of those I know. Very edgy; sometimes challenging.
I have sold many LPs on eBay. I package them very carefully, charging P&P at cost. I would never knowingly mislead with my descriptions but should any problem arise, please tell me and I am sure that we will be able to resolve it. I will offer a full refund should any buyer be really unhappy – but this has not happened to date and my feedback is excellent.
