Special Features - This late 1958 stereo recording by the American RCA Living Stereo Label set the standard for spectacular recording. The orchestra is the New Symphony Orchestra of London conducted by Scottish conductor, Alexander Gibson and features music by Mussorgsky, Berlioz, Liszt and Humperdinck. This edition was published by the Audiophile Label, Classic Records and was released as 4 Single sided 45 RPM speed 12”records on (greyish) transparent vinyl. Long out of print, it is considered to be the ultimate version of this outstanding recording and performance.

Condition - The records are of excellent appearance and play and sound superb with a minimum of surface noise. The record cover (comes inside the box) has a small split at the bottom edge and is otherwise in excellent condition as is the box.
