Performer/Band: Mutzie Title: "Light of Your Shadow" Label/Pressing Date: Sussex Records label, pressed in 1970 (original pressing) Manufacturer's Catalog #: SXBS-7001, Stereo Condition of Record: SEALED/Presumed Mint! (see notes below regarding grading). Sold as-is. Condition of Label: SEALED/Presumed Mint Condition of Jacket: SEALED/VG+, drill hole, light water exposure lower right corner. Some moderate mildew is trapped under the shrink that will be easily removed once you open it...not a big deal. LP may need to be cleaned prior to the first playback. Price reflects tonight. Inner Sleeve Included (Yes/No): Yes Contains these songs: Side 1: Highway; Light of Your Shadow-The Inception, The Consummation.

Light of Your Shadow was the only album by the US heavy psych band Mutzie. The album has a pretty guitar driven hard psychedelic rock style with clear blues rock elements. These seven songs are all good and enjoyable. Mostof them blow my mind and the record is a solid package from the start to the end.
It's pretty hard to imagine that if you're into this style of music that you wouldn't like this only Mutzie album. It's a masterpiece and definitely a solid record and worth giving a try if you enjoy psychedelic rock, blues rock and/or early 70's hard rock.
