For your consideration today is a pristine, and original first-pressing (1991) Creation Records release of My Bloody Valentine's astounding sonic masterpiece, Loveless. But you already knew that. What you might not readily see, though, is that this is a single-owner record and practically a museum copy. I say that because if there were a 'Shoegaze Museum' (how awesome would that be?), the record you have the opportunity to win today could be exhibited right next to the original Loveless test pressing - its been well-kept to say the least! I was gifted this album in my youth, and fortunately, had the foresight to treasure it ever since. It deserves all of that and more, and my obsession with MBV over the decades translates to you winning a copy that even Kevin Shields would love to own. View all the photos and see the amazing condition of this already very difficult to find album. I mean, check out that inner sleeve! It's hard to believe this beauty is twenty two years old! I've seen others offer their copies up from time to time, but I haven't seen one as good as this in years. I'm shocked to sometimes see some that look like people have actually slept on them (though I can certainly understand the obsession). Don't risk placing a huge bid on a copy you wouldn't pay half that for if you saw it in person. No My Bloody Valentine fan could possibly be disappointed in receiving this record. I tried to capture every conceivable area a fan/collector would be interested in seeing in the photos. While not a mint copy, it's certainly in excellent shape considering its age (and how many times my friends have tried to fondle it). I've always been fortunate enough to have Loveless in multiple formats, so this record often went unplayed. That's all to your benefit now.
