My Bloody Valentine - Loveless LP/Vinyl 1991 U.K. First Issue, Creation, W Inner. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
Original owner of this seminal masterpiece. This is the scarce and highly sought after DMM/Townhouse pressing with matrix CRELP-060-A5 * DMM ASL TOWNHOUSE 3 MAX. The sleeve is really strong/sturdy and looks great, only blemishes being the top seam and tiny corner dings on the left. Please see pics.
With original inner sleeve in VG+/VG++ shape.
The vinyl has plenty of marks as I played the hell out of this in ‘91 and ‘92, but the overall listening experience is perfectly fine. ‘Sometimes’ has 4 or 5 pops at the beginning, otherwise plays w/ light noise that does not at all overwhelm the song. ‘Blown a Wish’ has 2 or 3 light pops and very faint background noise in only a few parts, again does not overwhelm the music. ‘Loomer’ has very light, but not bothersome noise. Between ‘Loomer’ and ‘Touched’ some light noise but disappears when ‘Touched’ comes in. 95% of the album sounds as it did the day I bought it but I’m being fully transparent here. If you’re hyper-uptight and anal about these things it’s probably best that you sit this one out. Thanks!
