My Favorite Hits Mickey Mantle RCA LPM-1704 mono LP. Original deep groove pressing with black and silver dog and Victrola labels from 1958. Mickey's favorite songs with liner notes by Mantle.

Condition - Grading is Visual Under Bright Light

The cover is a nice VG+. The front cover graphics are beautiful, vivid, and striking. A touch of wear on the corners. Seams have some light wrinkling on the upper left edge and upper spine for 2-3 inches and a 1 inch crack on the top of the spine, no splits. The printing on the spine is legible.  The back cover slick shows some light surface wear, one small smudege, a tape mark on top and two stamps (one a Special Issue stamp)  but is pretty clean and sharp overall.  A beautiful cover, great picture of the Mick.     

LP is a solid glossy VG+ with light sleeve wear, some hairlines and brush marks, and a few light and thin scuffs, nothing feelable or serious on either side. Labels are beautiful with one light mark visible under angled light on side 2, side oone is clean. Includes original RCA sleeve, I will ship the LP in another sleeve. A solid example of this very rare RCA LP.   

Overall not perfect or NM but a solid collectable copy of a rare LP with a nice cover, also a neat piece of baseball memorabilia. Check out my other auctions for more rare and interesting records. Grading

Grading is SS (still sealed), NM, VG+, VG. The myriad of grading systems on Ebay is a good indicator of the subjective nature of grading. In my opinion NM is close to perfect with one or two very minor flaws, VG+ is above average and collectable and VG is average used condition but probably the best choice for playing. I'm a collector and try to describe LPs as accurately as possible, the way I would want them described to me. The pictures should at least give a good indication of the condition of the covers and labels. Please see my seller feedback for comments on my grading. If you don't agree with how I'm calling a record that is your privilege but with all respect please don't bid.

Packaging

LP will be shipped outside of jacket in record bag and boxed for protection using an LP shipping box with cardboard stiffeners.

Terms and Payment

Low starting price and no reserve. Five day auction. Paypal only. Payment must be made within 48 hours of auction close or seven days for other forms of payment unless other arrangements are made before end of auction. 

Shipping 

I don't profit from shipping charges. If an overage occurs I will refund the difference.

US

$3.77 for Media mail with delivery confirmation. Media mail can take 2-3 weeks. Priority mail is 7.00 with free delivery confirmation in US. Winning auctions may be combined to save postage cost. Cost will be calculated at invoice time.

International

Shipping methods are  First Class or Priority International. First Class cannot be tracked. Packages over four pounds must ship Priority. Please see shipping calculator for cost.

Refund Policy 

I stand behind what I sell, LP may be returned in original condition for a full refund minus return shipping costs if I am notified within three days of receipt of LP.  No rebates if you keep the LP. I don't end auctions early, there is no Buy It Now price, emails asking for a BIK price will be ignored. Good luck!
