Description

SETTLE IN FOR A LONG RUN OF COLLECTABLE LPs OF VARIOUS MUSICALS STYLES.  This is a reasonably priced ORIGINAL 1955 KAPP RECORDS U.S. PRESS MONO LP titled 'My Name Is Ruth Price - I Sing' containing twelve tracks from jazz vocalist Ruth Price with accompaniment arranged by Lou Stein and Manny Albam.  It is Kapp Records catalog number KL-1006, deep groove heavy vinyl pressing, maroon and silver Kapp  labels, heavy cardboard cover with laminated front cover.  Tracks: My Shining Hour, Ev'ry Time, Calypso Blue, I Don't Want To Walk Without You, Who Am I?. Gentleman Friend, I'm Old Fashioned, Give Me The Simple Life, Sleighride In July, Shadrack, Someday My Prince Will Come, Exactly Like You.  Condition of record is VG+, with some surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play.  Labels have no real problems.   Condition of cover is VG+ with a 1-1/2" split in the middle of the bottom edge and one wrinkle each in both the front cover lamination and the back cover slick, these appear to have originated in manufacturing.  Cover also has some contact wear and some wear along the edges and on the corners.  Cover has no tears, stickers, or writing.  This LP would be a choice addition to any jazz vocal LP record collection! Winning bidder pays $3.50 media mail postage or actual priority mail postage within the U.S. I WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE - Uninsured first class international airmail postage to the UK or anyplace in Europe EXCEPT FOR GERMANY is $14.50 - PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE GERMAN POST AND CUSTOMS CONTINUING FAILURE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES, I AM FORCED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL $11.50 TO COVER REGISTERED POSTAGE WITH TRACKING AND SIGNATURE DELIVERY TO ALL SHIPMENTS GOING TO GERMANY.  I APOLOGIZE FOR THIS, BUT I CANNOT CONTINUE TO LOSE MONEY AND HAVE MY EBAY REPUTATION DAMAGED BY THE GERMAN POST AND CUSTOMS' INABILITY TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES.   Please e-mail me for postage rates to other areas outside the U.S. WINNING BIDDER PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - IT PROBABLY WILL NOT GET HERE!
