Cover: G+: ring/edge wear, edge scuffs, corner dings, water stains along top
Vinyl: VG+: couple very light scratches, sleeve scuffs, superficial visual marks
Sleeve: generic

Packaging
Your record will be packed in a special record shipping box with the vinyl removed from the cover to protect it during shipping and packed in a clear polly bag, and additional cardboard protection is placed on both the front and back of the record.
