Standing out from other Napalm Death releases, 'Inside The Torn Apart' is almost impossible to find on vinyl these days. Recorded some 15 years after the band's inception, 'Inside...' is the documented expansion of the Napalm Death sound, with longer song forms and darker, heavier grooves. Though the LP may not be the band's best work, it's often missing from collections... certainly on vinyl! This must be one of the RAREST ND releases to find on LP...

Released in 1997, at the very height of the CD's popularity, 'Inside The Torn Apart' sold mostly to loyal Napalm Death fans, and even then it was mostly on Compact Disc. At the time the music business was cutting back on vinyl pressings, and so those that were issued were pressed on VERY limited runs. All this info explains why 'Inside The Torn Apart' is so rare, and why it hardly ever turns up on eBay or in shops! I've never seen one of these on sale since the time it was released, so I've no idea how much it is worth. As with all my listings I'm starting this LOW and with NO RESERVE. See below for gradings, and skip to the bottom for an explanation of my 'Near Mint' grading. HAPPY BIDDING!!

CONDITION OF VINYL: EXCELLENT +. The playing surface is glistening. There are NO surface marks to be found on any of the four sides, and the grooves are all beautifully preserved. There is NO ring or needlewear and the labels have NO spindlemarks on them! There is not much sign AT ALL that this record has been played... there only is some VERY minor paper scuffing , which, of course, DOES NOT affect playback!! This sort of paper scuffing is evident on almost every record (even NEW records sometimes) and is inconsequential. This LP is in BEAUTIFUL condition and sounds GNARLY!

CONDITION OF SLEEVE: VERY GOOD ++. The sleeve has been preserved nicely. There are no rips, tears or stains to be seen anywhere, and the front and rear sleeve faces are STUNNING. The spine is stiff and completely legible, with only a few spots of creasing which do not obstruct the text. There are spots of wear on the extreme edges from storage, and I have highlighted these with a close up photo (how many other sellers would do this!?). I like to give you a complete picture of what you are buying! The INSERT is AS NEW... I'm SURE YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!

I am an avid collector of many, many genres and keep my records in IMMACULATE condition. I grade according to the Record Collector Price Guide 'Ready Reckoner' and almost NEVER sell anything which is below EXCELLENT condition. Rest assured that my EXCELLENT is bloody EXCELLENT! Oh yeah and I NEVER GRADE ANYTHING MINT THAT IS NOT SEALED!! Near Mint is the highest grading I use for unsealed records.

All records will be sent within two days MAXIMUM of receipt of payment (usually within 4/5 hours of payment received). Your record will be expertly packed in a professional brown mailer, using one or two stiffeners and housed in a PVC 12" sleeve with the record in a paper inner placed outside the sleeve as is standard practice. I've always been lucky when buying records from ebay (save the odd occasion) and would like all buyers of my records to be 100% SATISFIED!
