From the liner notes:  “T minus 1 minute and counting!  Fasten your seat belts and prepare for lift off as America’s first space shuttle, Columbia, roars off the launch pad and into history.  Be there for all the excitement of the launch, orbit, and landing.  You will hear actual conversations broadcast from outer space between astronauts Crippen and Young and mission control as well as a special message from the President of the United States, Ronald Reagan.  So get ready for the countdown and blast off as you soar into space along side the astronauts on board Columbia.  It’s a true space adventure you will never forget…”

Condition: 

Album is STILL SEALED in original factory shrink wrap.  Shrink wrap is fully intact except for tiny tear at bottom right corner.  Small retail store sticker is still affixed to the reverse shrink wrap. 

This is a BEAUTIFUL and scarce item – first time I have seen it.
