Cut directly from the 1962 original 2-track stereo master tapes by engineer Joe Nino-Hernes at Sterling Sound.

VINYL IS NEAR MINT: Absolutely AMAZING sound. Punchy bass and stirring dynamics. Completely blows away any of the digitally-sourced colored vinyl pressings currently on the market! This is a promotional copy that was sent to me from UMe. Pressed on 180 gram audiophile vinyl by RTI. Beautiful all the way.
Played twice on my Technics SL-D2 turntable for digital transfer.
****NOTE: This pressing originally came in a plain, white sleeve with the 4-panel insert (see listing photos) and the OBI strip. The jacket offered in this listing is a non-gatefold (single pocket) "upgrade" cover that is not organic to this particular release. For this Vinylphyle pressing of the album, actor and award-winning writer James Ritz has put together a new essay for the liner notes.
