Description
The TRT Ara Muzikleri LP is known largely to carry this tune but actually, 2-3 years before that release, the label released the same LP just as the one you see here in late 1973 as "Enstrumantal 73". Somehow, strangely, this did not hit the mark back then and sold very poorly, that's why it's much much rarer. The label re-released it with the new title which meant "the jingles and inter-program musics used by TRT (Turkish Radio & Television)" which actually turned out to be a better marketing strategy so that LP sold a bit better than its precursor, this one. This is the original deal. Features the Nathan Davis track. There also are a few great Turkish instrumental jazzy/psychy tunes which increases the disc's value. Cover is VG to VG+. The spine has a 3 cm. split on its very middle, otherwise no splits, no writings, no tears. Light ringwear. Disc is G+ to VG. No scratches, no skipper scuffs or anything but plenty of thin hairlines. Happily the disc plays through very well with moderate surface noise. Hear how it sounds below!
