DESCRIPTION
Presented for your consideration and bidding enjoyment is this Rare, "FULL DIMENSION STEREO" LP, "MILSTEIN MASTERPIECES" by Nathan Milstein, with Walter Susskind conducting the Concert Arts Orchestra. It was released on the Capitol Records label, catalog number SP 8528. This is one of the few Classical albums that I have in my personal collection. I bought this approximately 20 years ago after hearing part of it on a local classical radio station. It was purchased used and is in the same condition as when I bought it. It has been stored in a vinyl sleeve and kept in my air conditioned, pet free and smoke free home since I acquired it.
I hate surprises when I buy records online without being able to first inspect them, so I will try to accurately describe the condition of this item. I do not use letter grading (VG+, NM), or numerical scales (1-10), because these are totally subjective and open to individual interpretation. I have seen records graded as "Mint" that I would consider a "G-" at best.
This LP is in excellent playing condition! I listened to this LP again before I listed it, and , on my system, both sides played with superb tonal quality and sound reproduction, with no skips or groove lock, and no overwhelming surface noise. There are 4 or 5 light but audible tics near the end of track one, side two, and there is slight but audible surface noise near the end of track three, side one. Other than these two areas, the record sounds beautiful, with only the occasional tic. (Note: All systems are different, and the quality of sound reproduction may vary from system to system. The description in this paragraph is an accurate depiction of the results from playing on my set-up).
The vinyl itself retains a nice glossy sheen, and the playing surface has NO warps, NO cracks, NO chips, NO deep scratches, NO groove wear, and NO signs of mistreatment. The only items I noticed were a few very fine hairlines that did not interfere with the enjoyment of the performances. Both labels are in great condition with NO handwriting, NO stickers, NO tears, NO stains, and NO discoloring. The inner sleeve appears to be the original "Full Dimension Stereo" sleeve that came with the LP, and other than "yellowing" around the edges, is in solid condition with no seam splits or tears. (See photos).
The cover does show some wear and usage, no doubt acquired while loyaly doing it's duty of protecting the contents from harm. There are partial seam splits on the upper and lower edges and shelf wear evident on the corners. There is NO tape on the cover. THIS IS NOT A CUT OUT. There are NO drill holes, NO cut off corners, NO saw cut notches, and NO discount stickers. (See photos).
The disc, inner sleeve and cover are in the same condition as when I bought this LP. I was more concerned with the tonal quality of the record than the condition of the cover.

BID WITH CONFIDENCE! I DO NOT SELL JUNK! PLEASE READ MY "FEEDBACK AS A SELLER" FOR COMMENTS AND REFERRALS FROM SOME OF MY BUYERS.
DELIVERY TIME INFORMATION...PLEASE READ
Some buyers have complained about slow delivery of their items. I normally use the least expensive service, Media Mail, to save you money, but it is SLOW! I am not a record dealer, I am a music collector who works 40 plus hours a week at my "real job". I only have 1 day a week to securely package your items and deliver them to the post office. Depending on when my auctions end, it may be up to 6 days before I am able to drive to the post office. The USPS says Media Mail will USUALLY be delivered in 3 to 7 days...( Yeah, and if pigs had wings they could fly! ). The ACTUAL DELIVERY TIME may be as long as 25 to 30 days.
If you demand "instant gratification" and 1 week delivery, you have two choices: 1. Pay the actual extra USPS charges and I will be glad to ship by Priority or Express mail; or, 2. Buy the SAME ITEM from an eBay store ( and pay a LOT MORE MONEY for it ). I'm not trying to chase buyers away, but I would rather lose a few than have some impatient twit leave me negative comments about slow delivery time. I do not control delivery time after I leave it at the post office.
