Absolutely Excellent Folk Pop and Jazz Pop LP CANADA

ALL RECORDS ARE CANADIAN PRESSINGS UNLESS OTHERWISE MENTIONED.


ORIGINAL pressing on the CBC TRANSCRIPTION label. CANADIAN ONLY RELEASE. Never commercially available, only distributed to Radio Stations for Air Play. One of the best of the Pop releases on the label as far as I am concerned. THE NATURAL GAS is a commanding Folk Pop group with an Excellent Female Vocalist named ANITA GASS. Great backing, accomplished arrangements, and overall an under appreciated band, possibly unknown up to this point. THE BARRY WHITMORE QUARTET is a strong Jazz group, with some Pop and Bossa leanings. Great version of CANTELOUPE ISLAND, and strong Original material as well.


This item, and the others I have listed, are from a decommissioned Music Library. This is a very Rare occurance to have this material come onto the market, so make sure to check all listings.
