Description
THIS IS AN AUCTION FOR THE SIXTH STUDIO LP BY SCOTTISH ROCKERS NAZARETH RELEASED ON THE MOONCREST LABEL IN THE UK IN 1975 CAT NO CREST 27. THIS LP IS NOW BECOMING MUCH SOUGHT AFTER AND IS CERTAINLY A BIT OF A LOST GEM.
THE FIRST PRESS VINYL HAS THE MATRIX NUMBERS A2U AND B21 WITH THE EARLIEST MOTHER STAMPERS MAKING IT A GENUINE FIRST PRESS. THE VINYL IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH A COUPLE OF VERY LIGHT SLEEVE REMOVAL MARKS VISIBLE UNDER A STRONG LIGHT.
I HAVE LISTENED TO THE ENTIRE LP WHICH WAS A TREAT. IT SITS NICE AND FLAT ON THE TURNTABLE AND PLAYS THROUGH WITHOUT SKIPS ,JUMPS, TICKS OR CLICKS. THE SOUND IS CLEAR AND VIBRANT WITH JUST A VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF STATIC BACKGROUND NOISE AUDIBLE MAINLY IN THE QUIET SECTIONS. OVERALL I AM HAPPY TO GRADE THE AUDIO AS EXCELLENT.
THE RARE INNER SLEEVE WITH CURVED CORNERS IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AS ARE THE LABELS.
THE SLEEVE HAS SOME LIGHT STORAGE WEAR TO THE CORNERS AND SOME LIGHT RINGWEAR BUT I AM HAPPY TO GRADE AS VERY GOOD.
OVERALL AN EXCELLENT COPY OF A MUCH SOUGHT AFTER LP.

The Lp will be sent in professional mailers and will be sent in the Uk at a cost of £2.50. The cost of postage in Europe is £4.50 . Anyone bidding who does not have feedback will have their bid cancelled straight away. I am very sorry about this but again this is due to problems experienced in the past. Anyone without feedback and who wants to bid please contact me first.
Grading:- MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
