NAZARETH Nazareth PEGASUS LP 1st Press Textured Sleeve A-2U/B-2U ~ PEG 10!

 

Original UK LP with textured sleeve and the original inner MIE paper inner.

Released in 1971 on the PEGASUS label (Picture label).

Catalogue number: PEG 10.

 

Matrix numbers read:

A-Side: PEG 10 A-2U PORKY

B-Side: PEG 10 B-2U PECKO

 

Sleeve/Record: VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD+ CONDITION (*Plays EXCELLENT)

Sleeve displays some wear, some browning/foxing marks on the front, small light surface tear on the front (just underneath the name, difficult to see owing to texture), some partial edge wear on the bottom and spine’s edges and a light superficial corner crease on the LH side of the back sleeve. Has no seems splits and no deep lined sleeve creases, overall condition is VERY GOOD. The original inner MIE paper inner, is slightly browned on the glue seems and has a tiny middle side seem split, condition is VERY GOOD+.

 

Labels are clean and unmarked, with a few light faint confined spindle hole trail marks mainly evident on the A-side. Playing surfaces/Matrix areas retain the original full glossy sheen, has a few relatively small noticeable/visible, smooth soft, feather light scuffs/marks and some hairline/fine line superficial scuffs/marks (which are mostly evident when viewed and angled under a strong bright light). Record’s appearance is VERY GOOD+ condition.

 

*Record plays EXCELLENT on both sides, emits a clean sound with no loud/audible background crackles/clicks. From my own collection played on odd occasions over the years.
