Description

Up for auction are two amazing shows from NBC on a total of two acetate 16" transcriptions recorded by WTIC in Hartford.  BEAUTIFUL condition


Both are half hour programs and appear on the flip side of each disc


Program 1:  A super historical event in our nations history.  NBC's coverage of the Signing of the Japanese peace treaty from the War Memorial Opera House in San Francisco 09-08-51


Program 2:  "Give Your Best"  ALL-STAR Community Chest program  09-30-51 over four radio networks for Red Feather Day- hosted by Don Wilson with celebrity guests including:


Bing Crosby, Judy garland, Jane Lyman, Ray Milan, Dinah Shore, Mario Lanza, William Warfield, Tony Martin, Jimmy Durante, president Truman
