Since 2010 NECRONOMICON started playing again with mostly the original cast of band members (Harald Bernhardt, drums, Norbert Breuer, Git., Gerd Libber, Bass, Walter Sturm, Git.). On the keyboards now Helmut Herzog is providing our as near as original Sound. In professional studio quality songs we composed between 1972 and 1974, which never had been documented in good quality, were recorded. The new vinyl LP HAIFISCHE (Sharks) plus CD as bonus will be published on December 22nd 2012. The cover reappraises the artwork and design of our 'Tips zum Selbstmord' LP.
Seit Ende 2010 ist NECRONOMICON in nahezu Originalbesetzung nach fast 40 Jahren wieder aktiv (Harald Bernhardt, drums, Norbert Breuer, Git., Gerd Libber, Bass, Walter Sturm, Git.). Als Keyboarder wirkt jetzt Helmut Herzog mit Original-Sound (Hammond plus Leslie) und zusätzlicher Mellotron-Emulation mit. In jetzt professionellen Studioaufnahmen wurden Songs aus unserer Zeit zwischen 1972 und 1974, die nie richtig dokumentiert wurden, eingespielt. Die neue Vinyl-LP 'Haifische' erscheint am 22. Dezember 2012. Form und Thema des Covers von 'Tips zum Selbstmord' wurden aufgegriffen und spiegeln sich im wieder zu Kreuzform auffaltbaren schwarzen, weiss bedruckten Cover wider.
