NEIL CHRISTIAN EP NEIL CHRISTIAN & CRUSADERS COLUMBIA 1966 RARE
On offer is the very rare NEIL CHRISTIAN 45rpm EP entitled NEIL CHRISTIAN & THE CRUSADERS released in the UK on COLUMBIA SEG 8942 in 1966. This EP is often referred to as the - A LITTLE BIT OF SOMEONE ELSE (EP) – which is the first track on Side One.
This is a rare EP that I have owned for many years. It has one defect: namely that it has an edge warp. This edge warp does not prevent the EP from playing through on both sides. I got it from a fair many years ago hoping to one day get a copy without a slight edge warp but I never saw one and now I am selling my personal collection. But I have enjoyed owning it: and I hope that someone else may wish to own it too… Please see my scans – including the FINAL one with the disc on my hi-fi deck…
· The flip-back laminated front picture sleeve is in LOVELY EX condition: with a tiny bit of creasing. The back (non-laminated) sleeve is also clean and clear – and overall this is a nice EX sleeve with no writing or other marks on the back.
· The disc labels are lovely and clean and completely clear of any writing or other marks.
· The vinyl is in EX- condition with a couple of minor surface / hairline marks on each side – none of which affects play. The vinyl has a nice sheen on both sides.
· I have just test played the EP on my BOSE hi-fi for the first time in many years and it plays very nicely indeed.
