NEIL YOUNG 1973 Time Fades Away LP Reprise MS 2151 First Pressing Holy Grail
Keeper copy of a Neil Young classic from 1973. From thrasherswheat Young fan website:

Neil Young's 1973 "Time Fades Away" is one of the most remarkable live albums ever recorded.

Certainly at the time of release, it was almost unprecedented for an artist to release a live concert recording of previously unreleased material. Long out of print on vinyl, still unavailable on CD in the early 21st century and widely bootlegged similar to the original "Missing 6", the album is considered to be the "Holy Grail" of all Neil Young albums

Lovely vinyl, clean and high gloss. First pressing - not many  on the market. From back cover and discogs: "This recording was mastered 16-track direct to disc by computer - Aug. 22 & 23, 1973. "Inside cover is black. No "stereo" on labels. Poster not included.

Part of his so-called "Dark Period," Young says he wanted an "audio verite" approach for this recording, and says it is his most controversial release. New York Times called it moody, brilliant, jarring, wild and agonizing, an epic.

(G) GOOD: Vinyl has defects that might produce significant surface noise. Cover has more than normal wear and tear.
(P) POOR: Vinyl and/or cover is in very rough shape. Valued usually as a placeholder until a better copy is located.
