EXQUISITE ALBUM from this brilliant country rock pioneer - one of his greatest achievements actually riding high at a time when he was super creative and knocking out heartfelt tracks almost on a daily basis. Backed by Crazy Horse - his rough and tumble backing band together with Stephen Stills and Nils Lofgren the album is about as complete a work as humanly possible. Who can not be deepely affected by 'Only Love Can Break Your Heart', 'Southern Man' or 'Don't Let It Bring You Down'? Truly a fine selection of his best work right here on just one album.

This auction is part of a fantastic collection of seventies rock which I was lucky enough to acquire. Most of these records were stored with the utmost care and sparsely played. Some were possibly never played or may have been for just a handful of times.
