Description
Up for auction is NEIL YOUNG's probably rarest VINYL release to date, the 1996 original Soundtrack to JIM JARMUSCH's 'Dead Man' film released on double-vinyl by VAPOR RECORDS (cat. no. 9362-46171-1) and distributed by REPRISE Records. A fantastic and most artistic blend of NEIL YOUNG's electric guitar solo-ing and JOHNNY DEPP's poetry reading! This 1996 German high-quality pressing is in outstanding NEAR MINT- condition!
The RECORD SLEEVE is in great condition, i.e. it shows NO unwanted writing, NO seam splits, NO sticker marks, NO bumped corners, NO ring-wear, NO major creasing, etc.! There's a bit of shelf-wear to the deep black front panel – nothing serious though and hardly visible within a protective plastic outer sleeve! I will therefore (down-)grade the SLEEVE as in EXCELLENT condition!
Both original printed art INNER SLEEVES are in EXCELLENT condition.
All four sides of the vinyl RECORDS are in NEAR MINT- condition & still mirror-like! There are absolutely NO scratches or severe marks to report of! What I can see under a strong lamp though are a few superficial and very, very light marks, that are not audible! Satisfaction guaranteed! I stick to the 'RECORD COLLECTOR' grading system (please see below).
All four RECORD LABELS are in NEAR MINT condition!

The album will be mailed to the lucky winner in a stiff cardboard record box with extra cardboard stiffeners for best possible protection during transport! The experience and fun of buying records on eBay is ruined if you discover that – once the album arrives – they are either not in the condition stated or have been damaged in the post! MINT: The Record Itself Is In Brand New Condition With No Surface Marks Or Deterioration In Sound Quality. The Cover And Any Extra Items Such As The Lyric Sheet, Booklet Or Poster Are In Perfect Condition. Records Advertised, As Sealed Or Unplayed Should Be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The Record Shows Some Signs Of Having Been Played, But There Is Very Little Lessening In Sound Quality. The Cover And Packaging Might Have Slight Wear And / Or Creasing.
VERY GOOD: The Record Has Obviously Been Played Many Times, But Displays No Major Deterioration In Sound Quality, Despite Noticeable Surface Marks And The Occasional Light Scratch. Normal Wear And Tear On The Cover Or Extra Items, Without Any Major Defects, Is Acceptable.
