The record has just extremely minimal light/faint surface marks/paper scuffs(all barely noticeable hairline/superficial marks!). Both labels are clean and have the very faitest of spindle marks. Looks barely played! It grades excellent plus condition.
The gatefold sleeve has extremely minimal edge wear on the bottom back edge. There is some extremely minimal corner wear(slightly more near the bottom right back corner), otherwise crisp corners. There are some very small surface scuffs in the middle of the sleeve and a small one in the middle of the back cover(see picture). There are three small creases on the spine. No tears. No splits. It grades excellent condition.
