1st US Issue in a textured sleeve, with no distinguishable pressing plant identifiers in its deadwax. Gatefold sleeve is rough card with the "ostrich leather" texture. Issued with custom inner sleeve and fold-out lyrics poster insert, both also on rough paper stock. Inside gatefold is smooth paste-over stock. Mastered by Lee Hulko at Sterling Sound, and features the STERLING stamp over a small '3', with initials 'LH'
