Title: I'm Happy That Y'All Came Down CONDITION: Record: M- condition sides 1, 2 & 3. VG++ side 4. Black vinyl with deluxe labels which say ..."Glad" instead of "Happy" Y' All Came Down. Guess they couldn't make up their mind. Very glossy with just a very few light marks. Like a mirror. Labels are clean with no writing, stickers etc. Sleeve: VG+ condition front cover & a little more wear on the back which is VG. Deluxe B&W cover. Since it's black, it's hard to find this one without LOTS of wear. This is actually pretty nice overall. No seam splits, stickers etc. I owned this for quite a while before I took it out in the sun to grade it and can see the previous owner darkened up the upper & lower seams with a magic marker to make the light wear there less visible. Doesn't look like there was much there to begin with. He should have left it alone, but it doesn't look bad at all. Very hard to see. Label: Rubber Dubber 70-001(2Lp set) Overall Condition: Pretty good copy. Description: The one to have. I'm being as critical as I can be on grading this. Always ship my records packed between thick cardboard in a mailer with the disc in a white sleeve out of the cover, which is in a plastic sleeve. Live at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in L.A. February 1, 1971. Hard to find Rubber Dubber deluxe covers without a lot of wear. Once you took the shrink wrap off, that was usually the end of that cover. Most people that bought this kind of stuff back then didn't use plastic sleeves. Just waiting for Neil to put this out in his "archive" series. Funny how time changes everybody's thinking on this kind of stuff. Neil, Dylan, Stones, Zeppelin all changed their mind about "boots" once they ran out of material. They shouldn't have waited so long to do that. Now their fans are too old to care...or they're dead.
