DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: seam splits, creases and wear to top edge - Otherwise OK - nice and clean and all notes and pictures clear: GOOD
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few light surface marks..plays great with occasional static but no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...Lovely clear sound throughout!: VISUAL VG / AUDIO VG+
VINYL - SIDE TWO: As side one... just a few light surface marks..again, plays great with occasional static but no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...Lovely clear sound throughout!: VISUAL VG / AUDIO VG+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many. I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
