Vinyl:  EXC
Jacket/Sleeve:  VG+
Vinyl is VG+ with a few small areas of light scuffing.  Has been play tested, & plays well with a few soft areas of surface noise.  Sleeve is a strong VG+ with little general wear on edges/corners, & a few areas of discoloration (still in original factory open shrink wrap).  See photos.
