Brilliant and very hard to find ‘Rondo Records’ release from 1980 (catalogue number FIT 7). ‘Höre – Staune - Gute Laune’ was the slogan of this really great DIY punk label from the city of Düsseldorf. The name of the band is DIE NEUE PRÄCHTIGKEIT aka D.N.R. and you are bidding on their only 7“ release. Listen to the wonderful tracks ‘Überzeugen’ and ‘Du’. Label mates are ZK (pre-TOTEN HOSEN) (Das Grauen Geht Auf Große Fahrt) MITTAGSPAUSE (Herrenreiter) MALE (Clever & Smart) and many more. Mister Rondo records, Franz Bielmeier, wrote on his Rondo-ton website:
· "Diese drei Herren aus Norddeutschland, von denen wir eine geheimnisvolle Demo-Cassette erhalten hatten, besuchten uns in Düsseldorf, um in der Klangwerkstatt zwei Stücke aufzunehmen, die aber unter den dortigen Bedingungen irgendwie nicht so recht funktionieren wollten. Wir versuchten die fehlende Magie durch Produktionsgags wie rhythmisches Zerreissen von Telefonbüchern und debile Dialoge zu ersetzen. Die Democassette ist leider verschwunden, aber die daraus gezogene Lehre nicht." ["These three gentlemen from the north of Germany, who had sent us a mysterious demo tape, came to visit us in Düsseldorf to record two tracks at Klangwerkstatt which didn't really work out under the conditions there. We tried to make up for the lack of magic with productional gimmicks, like rhythmically tearing up phone books and moronic monologues. The demo tape sadly has disappeared, but the lesson learnt from it all has not."

Versand / Mailing: alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden (all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits). Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt (all records will be shipped in special record mailers, two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending).
Bezahlung / Payment: Deutsche per Banküberweisung. Non-Germans via PayPal.
