Lovely copy of the super-rare original 1996 pressing of New Edition’s Home Again LP on MCA 11480. This is the only NE record to have all their original members, including Bell Biv & DeVoe, and Bobby Brown. Only a very small number were pressed on vinyl, and original copies are so rare now, especially in good condition. This one plays just about perfectly. The disc does have some scuffs and light marks but they don’t affect the play at all. That is except in one spot, which is at the very last moments of the first song, as it fades out into the sound of the cheering crowd, it pops lightly about four or five times, but that’s it. The song is pretty much over by that time anyway. There are no other places where there is the slightest pop, tick, or even crackle. Really it plays just beautifully. There on side one at the end of the first song into the second is where the worst mark is, and that tiny bit of a short pop at the end of the first song is the only sound it makes. The rest of the marks are entirely superficial scuffs that are nothing. Really a beautiful disc. The cover has a promo cutout corner but is quite nice otherwise. The upper left corner on the back is slightly creased (this crease does not appear on the front) and there are very light signs of use but really it is beautifully intact and quite clean overall. A very nice copy, and so hard to find.
