Local Pick Up?

• eBay items have a $5 pick up fee per item

• All items must be paid AND picked up within a maximum of 25 days from the purchase date.

• Items not paid within this time frame will be canceled and re-listed and may lead to bidding restrictions or account closure
  

• PICK UP SAFELY DURING COVID:  We take the safety of our employees and customers seriously. There are 6' height plastic barriers on 3 sides (front, left, and right) at each counter to separate you from employees & other customers. Some shelving and in-store retail have been removed to allow plenty of space to distance while inside. You also have the option to wait in your car and we'll text you to come in when your order is ready. Employees wear masks, gloves, and keep a safe distance from customers and fellow employees. Cart handles and gloved hands are sanitized after each transaction. High contact surfaces are disinfected regularly. Sanitizer is provided for customer use.  Customers must wear a mask. Please do NOT come if you are feeling ill (even mild), had recent contact with somebody ill, or have traveled within the last 14 days. If you are nearing our 25-day pick-up deadline, contact us for a pick-up extension or have your order shipped.

How to Pay

We offer a variety of payment options:

• Cash, Debit, or Credit at Pick Up: We create the invoice for you at the time of pick up

• PayPal for shipping or pick up pre-pay:  Must go through checkout. PayPal payments sent outside of the checkout process are NOT automatically recognized by our system, resulting in order processing delays and hassles for both customer and SabbaShop

• Taxes are charged according to the province or state per government guidelines.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item
  
  We're doing our best to minimize returns. Contact us by email before returning so we can determine if a return is necessary. If it is, we will give you a return authorization. Often, an issue can be easily resolved without returning the product.
