NEW ORDER MOVEMENT FACT 50 1981 FIRST US PRESS RARE PURPLE TRANSLUCENT VINYL EX+/NM
This is an incredible example of New Order - Factory/Rough Trade US first pressing release of Movement. The record itself appears to have been played perhaps one or two times, there's just the slightest evidence of spindle markings. Cover is clean, not faded, no bends or creases, with very light/faint ring marking on the back due to its rough matte board texture of the cover which can probably be gently wiped off.
This is an extremely rare purple translucent album, pressed with Quiex II vinyl formula, which appears black until held to a light source - There were 3 variations - Purple, red and green, with purple being the most rare and collectible.
It also has the original inner sleeve with the Factory Grinding Wheel logo.
You won't find a cleaner, more complete and rare US first print anywhere short of a still-sealed NOS score.
