This is from my Aunts personal collection who recently passed, she took very good care of her records as she was a musician.  
I am not sure how these ratings go for records, but I will do my best to rate the record condition with an explanation added.
Cover Very Good plus to Excellent -Minor corner dings, minor record ring
Sleeve - the sleeve is in great shap

Vinyl Looks Very Good to Very Good Plus - does have surface scratches but they are minor and do not affect the sound of the record from what I could tell.
