This copy has never been opened and is still in its original shrinkwrap. Due to its controversial nature it was purchased by a church pastor in 1969 and used as part of an informational object lesson about rock-n-roll, witchcraft, etc. during the early 1970s. Once it was no longer a current controversy it was packed away in an attic until recently discovered.
