Shipping: Small items are shipped USPS. Large items are shipped FedEx. Item will be shipped within 1 business days after payment is made We pack with Care, and as such items are very rarely damaged in shipping. However, if this does occur, you need to retain all of the original packing material and boxes for a shipping claim. If your item is damaged or lost in shipping, a claim must be filed by you to receive compensation. Claims must be filed directly by you for USPO/FedEX coverage at your local office rather then returning to us.The original shipping charge is not included in the insured amount. Only the merchandise value can be claimed. We do not refund out of pocket for shipping damage.
