This is a New and Sealed Beautiful Mint U.S. copy of Manfred Mann's Earth Band LP The Good Earth on Warner Brothers BS 2826 from 1974.  This is from my personal collection and I've owned it for around 30 years.  The photos are of the actual record you will receive.  There was some glare caused by the sun and the shrink wrap when I took the photos so if any part of the cover does not look correct it is because of the photo and is not the actual item.  It advertises the deed for one square foot of land in Wales.  I do not know if this includes a deed inside or not.  I've read that it does but I'm not sure if that is just on UK copies or if US copies includes it also.  The offer is definitely there on the back cover.  I could never bring myself to open it and find out.
