this is number 145 of a limited eddion of 500... * A Cassette * 6 page booklet b&w
that comes in a box....... cassette still plays fine and the box is a bit worn and old
as it is nearly 25 years old.....To the winning bidder i will add a "copy" of
The Boys Next Door Live at the P.I.T. april 78, from my private collection,
14 songs!!!!!! including Sex crimes / Roman Roman / Andy warhol / Secret life and many more.....
On August the 19th, 1977 the Boys Next Door played their second public performance
at a "new wave rock show" at Swinburne Collage in Melbourne.
They were bottom of the bill and the entrance fee was 50 cents.
This live tape was recorded by 3SW and was rediscovered in 1983.
What you hear is an accurate recording of one of the seminal Melbourne punk concerts,
and of a band that were to develope into one of the most important Australian bands
of the 80's....the Birhtday Party!!!!
