Description
Ultra-rare and OOP, original 1990 Mute Records, the 1st UK limited edition pressing WITH BONUS 7" of 3 songs from "Tender Prey", re-recorded raw and acoustically (The Mercy Seat, Deanna, & City of Refuge). These are unavailable elsewhere on vinyl, and sound just beautiful at 45rpm (for my money, Mercy Seat and City of Refuge are even better in this form than their already great Tender Prey incarnations). Fantastic dynamic sound on vinyl for this beloved Bad Seeds' classic, WAY better than any digital version, even the recent CD remasters.
From my private collection, well taken care of and in great condition for its age, vinyl in near mint condition, plays excellent, very clean. The 7" vinyl is excellent as well. The cover is a strong VG+, there is a little bit of damage on the top spine (2-3 cm, barely noticeable), otherwise very little normal shelf ware, looks fantastic; includes the original thick inner sleeve with lyrics, credits, etc, in excellent condition.
