Description

Stereo UK pressing from 1970 on the Island label,cat# ILPS 9134.Matrix A-1U & B-1U.Also has a G stamped in the run off Side 1 and a H stamped in the run off Side 2.Pink rim label design and textured E.J.Day sleeve.Visually the vinyl is flawless,on removing it from the Island inner bag the vinyl looks shop new.A closer inspection of the label will show that the record has been played but the labels are both EX+ showing light signs of use.The sleeve is easily graded Excellent,with only light general wear.

I have played the album throughout and it play grades as Excellent+.To my mind an unplayed copy or a copy played once onto tape would better this album..that apart this album comes with the highest recommendation.

Please look at my item from feedback dizzy.zzz This was also a copy of this album where I clearly state the opening track on both sides has background noise.This is a SUPERIOR copy to the item previously sold...if there was background noise I would mention it but this is a superb copy.

Finally the Record Collector Jan 2000 ran a feature on Nick Drake.It states that when he died in Nov 1974 his three albums together had barely sold 10,000 copies.I have seen six copies in the last 5 years and this is the best one to date.
