Description
This auction is for my copy of the 4 LP NICK DRAKE Fruit Tree Box Set, released by Hannibal Records in 1986. I have owned it from new, but very rarely played it.
The set contains 4 LP's the first three Album releases by Nick Drake and an extra compilation LP 'Time of no reply' containing a 14 track collection - which at the time included 10 previously unreleased recordings.
Everything from the original box set is included :
- the 16-page biography/lyric booklet
- each album is in it's own individual picture sleeve reproducing the original album cover
Each album has been stored , from new, in a Tonar anti-static sleeve which is then in turn inside the standard Hannibal sleeve - I used to put all my vinyl in Tonar or Nagaoka anti-static sleeves - this has kept the records in excellent condition - some minor 'clicks' or 'pops' but very few.
The box its self is completly sound but does have slight creasing on two opposing corners - can be seen in the photos - and very slight water marks on the box cover.
