Description
Up for Bid, a beautiful British Nick Drake Box Set. Sub-titled "The Complete Works", this box set contains all three LP's released during Nick's brief time with us. Five Leaves Left, Bryter Later & Pink Moon. At the time of this box set release in the late 1970's, Nick had not been "rediscovered" so to speak by a younger generation that has now embraced this wonderful singer/songwriter. I guess we can thank Volkswagen for using his "Pink Moon" in one of their commercials several years ago which helped to spark a new interest in Mr. Drake's music. The three records are in pristine condition and the set also contains a beautiful 12" x 12" booklet and three individual record outer sleeves which each have a different portrait of Nick (see pictures). The records come in their original black lined inner sleeves. There is some slight corner rubbing but the box is great looking and in solid condition Please see pertinent info listed below:
