Columbia Records CS 9899

This 1969 LP by the great Nick Gravenites features him handling all Vocals with musicians such as Mike Bloomfield, Mark Naftalin, Snooky Flowers and many more 'anonymous friends' in backup. Gravenites put together the original Electric Flag with Mike Bloomfield and was the lead vocalist with the group, he wrote many titles for other big artists some of whom are The Paul Butterfield Blues Band, Janis Joplin, Quicksilver Messenger Service and more. This first solo album from him is a gem! It's the original release on the '360 surround' label, and is very hard to come by now. Don't miss this treat!!
