I try to describe all items accurately. I am selling my collection as I want to emigrate to a warmer climate and there are too many to play them all before listing. Most are in good condition (or better) but some were bought second hand and therefore may not be as good. I therefore visually inspect every item before listing and try to give an accurate description

For business reasons I have opened this new account. My previous listings were as "record-breaker" with over 1600 feedback -

I have a lot of happy customers and I never intentionally mislead anyone, but mistakes can happen so all items will be refunded if not as described.

I value my good feedback so if you intend to give neutral / negative feedback, for whatever reason, contact me first as you are obviously unhappy about something and I am sure it could be resolved satisfactorily.

I don't make money on postage. You can see that the postage rates quoted are realistic unlike some other Sellers on E-bay.

I always obtain a “Certificate of Posting” for all items.

This also insures the item for up to GB Pounds 39.00 should it get damaged or gets lost in the mail.

If the buyer requires additional insurance then please contact me prior to payment.

VINYL ALBUMS AND 12" SINGLES ARE MAILED IN SPECIAL STRONG ALBUM MAILERS AND EXTRA CARDBOARD INSERTS WHICH MAKE THE PACKAGE A LITTLE HEAVIER WHICH THEREFORE INCREASES THE POSTAGE COSTS SLIGHTLY.

THESE SPECIAL MAILERS ARE THE BEST AND THICKEST YOU CAN BUY AND THEREFORE ALSO A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE BUT WELL WORTH THE EXTRA COST AS THE RECORDS ARE LESS LIKELY TO GET DAMAGED IN THE MAIL.

A DISCOUNT ON POSTAGE IS AVAILABLE FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS MAILED TOGETHER IN ONE PACKAGE.

IT IS DIFFICULT TO INDICATE EXACTLY WHAT THAT DISCOUNT WILL BE UNTIL I KNOW WHICH ITEMS HAVE BEEN WON BUT I CAN ASSURE BUYERS THAT I WILL ONLY CHARGE WHAT IT COSTS ME FOR POSTAGE AND PACKAGING ETC.

All items have "FRAGILE" stickers on them so the mail service may take notice and handle them a bit more carefully.

There are no extra costs for Paypal.

Cheques, Postal Orders, Money Orders etc. must be in Pounds Sterling only. Overseas customers can pay in any major currency via Paypal.

Payment must be made within 3 days of auctions end. If not then I will tell Ebay so that I can obtain a refund of the fees I have paid.
