Description

When successful dance producer Ian Levine launched his own label of Hi-NRG music, Nightmare Records, in 1986, he also wanted his unreleased disco recordings from the 70s to see the light of day on the sub-label Nightmare Gold. 34 disco songs, recorded between 1976 og 1979, were planned to be released on an equal number of 12" singles, packaged in covers with sleeve notes. In the end, only 18 of the singles were ever pressed, and an even smaller number were actually released.
